- Gallium lamps provide a broader UV spectrum and deeper penetration than standard LED sources, making them ideal for curing thick coatings, high-viscosity UV glues, and opaque materials. While LED is more energy-efficient for thin layers, gallium lamps are preferred for applications requiring high-intensity, deep-section curing, such as sensor encapsulation, battery insulation, and thick ink printing.
